Learn directly on the pages you read
Use Submerge this page to explore words in supported news articles, blogs, forums and online stories without leaving the original website.
Activate on your terms
Choose Submerge this page in the popup or context menu, or press Alt+Shift+S. Click a word for the shared dictionary card; Translate sentence sends just that sentence. Studying words have an aqua wash and familiar words recede.
Keep the page working
Plain clicks follow links; hold Shift over a linked word to look it up. Always on requests permission for one site. Browser pages, the Web Store, editors, image or canvas text, and inaccessible frames are excluded. Disabling removes the tools without rewriting the page.
