Install Submersion in desktop Chrome
Submersion is free and currently distributed as an unpacked extension. There is no public Chrome Web Store installation link yet.
Load the extension folder
You need the Submersion extension folder containing manifest.json. If you do not have it, contact Support for current access; this website does not distribute extension code. In Chrome 120 or newer, open chrome://extensions, enable Developer mode, choose Load unpacked and select that folder.
Start watching or reading
Pin Submersion and choose Study and Gloss in its popup. Open a captioned Netflix or YouTube title, select Submerge this page on an article, or open Library to import text. After updating the folder, reload the extension and hard-refresh the player or page.
